This new CEAV resource has been designed to support EAL Teachers in
delivering career development activities for their students. EAL students require additional assistance in choosing their career paths. It is important to be aware that research has shown that career choice concerns have been more pronounced for many refugee migrant students, and are often exacerbated by the migration experience.
This resource has been developed to support the Victorian Careers Curriculum Framework so that schools can customise it to a career education program for EAL students, and will move through Self Development, Career Exploration and Career Management.
