Baking Association of Australia

Due to COVID-19 directives from the Department of Education and Training, all Term 1 and 2 programs have been postponed until Term 3 and 4.

The Baking Association of Australia is an industry body supporting and educating industry wherever possible. The association also works with allied organisations including agriculture groups that are part of the baking industry.

What happens on the day?

Students will receive:

  • A light morning snack
  • An Industry Immersion pack including a student workbook with activities linked to the Victorian curriculum.

 Teachers will receive:

  • A light morning snack
  • An Industry Immersion pack including a teaching resource workbook with lesson plans linked to the Victorian curriculum.
  • Funded transport to and from the Industry Immersion Experience venue
  • CRT for all teachers attending the excursion.

 

**Details regarding reimbursement arrangements for travel and CRT costs will be forwarded once registration has been completed.

Buses

The CEAV will fund the transport by bus of students to and from industry venues. Schools are asked to book their own buses and have the invoice made out to: CEAV Buidling A, 61 Civic Drive, Greensborough VIC 3088 Ph: 03 9433 8000 E: jmitchell@ceav.vic.edu.au.
